Response to a 2010 survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center demonstrate that chiropractic care was more helpful than any other hands-on therapies.
Among all other back-pain treatments, chiropractic outperformed deep-tissue massage, yoga, or Pilates. From the research, spinal manipulation and exercise, among other therapies, appear to be equally helpful for low-back pain.
